[2025-11-15] EN 18031-Compliant Firmware in All Production Devices

Navigateworx hereby issues an official notice regarding the security enhancements applied to its industrial router product lines. Beginning November 1, 2025, all Navigateworx production devices have been upgraded at the factory to include firmware fully compliant with EN 18031-1 and EN 18031-2 security standards.

EN 18031 defines a comprehensive set of requirements for security, robustness, and integrity in ICT hardware and software. To ensure alignment with evolving global cybersecurity expectations, Navigateworx has completed an internal verification and validation program to integrate EN 18031-compliant protections directly into the core firmware architecture. These enhancements include strengthened cryptographic mechanisms, secure boot enforcement, tamper-resistant firmware management, and improved lifecycle security controls.

All industrial router models currently in production — including NR300, NR310, NR500, NR600, and related variants — are now delivered with this updated firmware by default. Devices produced prior to November remain fully functional; however, Navigateworx encourages customers to contact technical support to obtain the latest firmware package to maintain consistent compliance and security performance across deployments.
